Every January we get this amazing weather in the Bay area in January, the plants and trees bloom and the flowers all think “Spring is here!” So of course I cashed in! Laila and Ezra gave me a run for my money at the Oakland Museum and we had an awesome time! They had these awesome interactive chalkboards so we started there and it just got better!

I saw this bar and had to shoot here!! I thought to myself how can you come to a venue that has a sign that says “Be Amazing” and NOT leave happy and feeling amazing!!? I feel like if you need to to be uplifted and you walk in here your night just has to end well!

Hi! I have had so many clients book for a holiday session that I wanted you to all get a chance to book if you have not already! I am offering a great little mini photo session on 2 separate set days for the first 4 families that book on Sunday morning.

For November 25th when the whole family is here and together it’s a great time to take the opportunity to get family photos! I will take the first 8 families to book. If you can’t make this date and have something else in mind let me know and I’ll see if I can schedule another session! I have already booked some spots but still have availability!

As many photos as possible in 30 minutes of whomever is important to you, up to 5 people in the set and stated locations. See promotion for more details.

Campovida is a beautiful property in Hopland California with a vision to connect people to the land and the roots from which the land came from. It has garden upon garden of organic vegetables and plants. There are so many details on this property that connect you to the activity of gardening and making for a a very creative and thriving environment.

This wedding was published in Style me Pretty and I’m proud to say I was the second photographer for Zoom. Lauri, another great one for the books!

I was lucky enough to attend a Lindsay Adler Workshop here in San Francisco and just wanted to share one of the fashion portraits I got to snap. This was a whole new style and art I had never worked with before. She took the concepts of fashion and brought them into her portrait and wedding business. The style, the technique and art inspired by Lindsay left me wanting so much more, really quite the experience to have another professional shed so much light (pun intended) on what you can do with your tools, natural light and the resources you have was of course like offering a child a bucket of candy. (laughing, wait she looks like a mixture of candy!!) Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience, I definitely hope we’ll see you again soon!

This wedding was located at Bear Flag Farm, a beautiful Northern Californian venue, with a fresh summer breeze, fields of lavender and rows of organic vegetables, plus the occasional Ferris Wheel to make the absolute “Ferry” Tale wedding! Michelle and Rob get married!

Michelle and Rob have known each other since first grade and so when their day came, I was so excited about seeing it all come off. They both have just beautiful families. Spending the day with them was just super special.

It was a very urban wedding in the heart of downtown so the views were incredible.

The first look for Michelle and Rob was so so sweet. The two of them have so much love for each other and seriously I don’t think there was a dry eye!

Michelle just had this look about her which was so elegant.

This was a beautiful angle during the ceremony.

Blake snapped this amazing picture of Michelle and Rob. I just love the look on Michelle’s face!

What a special day. Michelle and Rob are two people you just want to go out and have a good time with!
